about the podcast

After experiencing intense burnout in 2017, I decided to leave my first startup and focus more on the illustrious “work life balance”. As a chronic workaholic, Sundays became the day I vowed to unplug from emails and practice self-care. Hence, Self-Care Sunday was born.

This podcast has been a personal diary, documenting my mental health and entrepreneurial journeys, and sharing lessons learned along the way. I’ve also interviewed a wide-range of guests along the way - from influencers, to health and wellness professionals, to artists and entrepreneurs.

I hope Self-Care Sunday can become part of your self-care routine, too.

For years, she was a full-time mental health advocate, speaking on stages like We Day to thousands of youth about her experience with mental illness. Now, Kayley channels her passion for self-care into her podcast, Self-Care Sunday, as a side project to her business endeavours.
